How often do Property Tax increment revenue distributions to Successor Agencies occur?

Tax increment is deposited into the Redevelopment Property Tax trust Fund (RPTTF) almost monthly.  The deposited RPTTF funds are distributed on January 2^nd and June 1^st of each year or the next business day when those dates fall on a weekend or a holiday. View the CRA RPTTF Distribution Schedule.
